- Evidence such as log lines or mail headers, as text
- For phishing and malware: the full URL
What happens next
- Every report is checked automatically against our IP space within 15 minutes. Reports that name no address of ours are not processed further.
- Reports that match one of our servers go to our abuse team for review.
- Servers involved in malware, botnet or C2 operation, phishing, spam, credential attacks or abuse material are suspended.
- We also act on Spamhaus and abuse.ch (URLhaus, ThreatFox, Feodo Tracker) listings of our addresses without waiting for a report.
Law enforcement
Authorities send requests to [email protected]. We keep the assignment of IP addresses to customer servers for six months, so we can answer requests about incidents within that period.
